Dr David Cunningham is a Consultant in Medical Oncology at the Royal Marsden Hospitals in London and Surrey, and he is Head of the GI and Lymphoma Units. He qualified from Glasgow University and was a Cancer Research Campaign Fellow there before moving to London where he completed his training. Before taking up his current post, he was Senior Lecturer in the Institute of Cancer Research. His main research interests are clinical trials in GI cancer and lymphoma, along with molecular therapies, particularly involving antisense strategies.
